One morning routine greatly affects your brain functions on the day

As a matter of fact, feeling heavily stressed negatively affect your health and brain. For example, too much stress cause you to lower the ability to make a good decision, prevent you from paying attention to your task, lower the ability to memorize, and lose your judgement on what is right and wrong.
Due to the multiple negative effects brought by stress, many people feel a definite need for many strategies, such as taking a walk early in the morning and having a conversation with best friends, to deal with stress and anxiety.
In addition to those ways to tackle with stress, I recommend you, especially students who are studying for college exam, to do one thing in the morning, which takes less than 3 minute. That is expecting something good will happen on the day.
According to the study conducted by the Pennsylvania State University, it has been proven that just anticipating something stressful will happen on the day caises harmful effects on cognitive functions, which plays a big role in the field of the ability to memorize and understand.
Researchers argue that there is a need for human beings to have an ability to anticipate upcoming events to deal with for survival . Also, the ability of anticipation incredibly influences the cognitive functions in the brain.
Here is the important point. Given the fact that just predicting bad future have harmful effects on your brain, the important point is to take a positive and optimistic attitude first, not having many ways to tackle with real events. After waking up in the morning, ask and tell yourself with great smile “ What kind of positive things will happen today. I’ll have a wonderful day today!”
Even If you have a negative anticipation for upcoming day, recognize it and take a big and deep breath to reset the mind. Then, think of some strategies to deal with upcoming negative events, such as “ If I have a feeling of getting messed, I go chat with friends.”
